The Chinese Business Delegation for the Climate Conference, coordinated by the All‑China Federation of Industry & Commerce New Energy Chamber (ACFIC NECC), has arrived in Brazil to engage in the 30th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30). As a leading new‑energy enterprise in China, Solareast is playing an active role in this major climate‑governance event. Xu Xinjian, Executive President of ACFIC NECC and Chairman of Solareast, serves as co‑leader of the delegation, overseeing both the conference participation and international market outreach.

During COP30, the delegation is scheduled to participate in the UN Climate Change Conference’s principal agenda, where it will share China’s new‑energy sector insights and hands‑on experience. In parallel, the group will join side‑events and a series of supplementary activities organised by ACFIC NECC. These engagements will facilitate intensive dialogue with global players from the climate and new‑energy networks to jointly pursue low‑carbon transition trajectories.

Chairman Xu Xinjian delivered a keynote entitled “New Energy Leading the Way to Zero‑Carbon Development.” In his address, he systematically combined global energy‑transition trends with Solareast’s new‑energy practice. He asserted that new energy has emerged as a principal engine for global zero‑carbon development, not only reshaping the global energy landscape and protecting the ecological environment, but also continuously releasing green momentum through technological innovation. The widespread application of clean, low‑carbon technologies — including photovoltaic power, wind energy and new‑energy vehicles — has reduced fossil‑fuel dependency and progressively transformed the “zero‑carbon future” vision into actionable strategies, thereby energising sustainable development worldwide.

As co‑head of the delegation, Chairman Xu will leverage this visit as a strategic opportunity to strengthen the linkage between China and Brazil’s new‑energy sectors. On one front, he will guide the team in actively constructing bridges for exchange and cooperation, helping domestic and international enterprises explore collaboration across technology R&D, project development and market expansion. On the other front, through field research of Brazil’s new‑energy market, he will amass valuable insights for Solareast’s further overseas expansion and global new‑energy‑industry‑chain deployment, propelling the company toward new milestones in its global development.
