Shunde, China – September 8, 2025 – SolarEast’s Air Source Heat Pump Division held the countdown ceremony for the upcoming “Four New Factory Day” at its newly built sheet-metal workshop in Shunde. The event was attended by Chairman Mr. Xu Xinjian, President Mr. Wan Xuchang, the Group’s senior executives, project partners, and base employees. Colleagues from the Lianyungang Base also joined via live video link to witness this important milestone together.
Strengthening the Foundation to Secure the Future
From January to August 2025, despite intensifying global competition and growing industry challenges, SolarEast delivered remarkable growth in its international business:
Overseas sales orders increased by over 45% year-on-year.
Export revenue rose by more than 20% year-on-year.
These achievements highlight the company’s resilience and global competitiveness. At the same time, the management team has identified three core challenges critical to long-term growth:
Improving production efficiency to fully unleash capacity potential.
Driving continuous growth in employee income to strengthen team motivation.
Establishing a new high-quality development model to secure long-term competitive advantages.
The “Four New” Strategy: Building Comprehensive Competitiveness
To tackle these challenges, SolarEast has introduced a key account development strategy and systematically advanced the “Four New” initiative, which includes:
New Workshops: Expansion of Plant No.6 and integration with Plant No.1 to create a “mega workshop,” optimizing workflows and equipment layout to boost efficiency and output per capita.
New Production Lines: Establishment of new assembly lines for water tanks, heat exchangers, and piping systems, along with plans for a new electrical control workshop, gradually shifting key component production from outsourcing to in-house manufacturing.
New Laboratories: Construction of advanced testing facilities, including long-term reliability labs, noise testing labs, and rain simulation labs, to strengthen product reliability and performance evaluation.
New Products: Formation of top-tier industrial design and R&D teams dedicated to creating innovative, globally competitive products that anticipate customer needs and set new benchmarks in the industry.
During the ceremony, Chairman Xu Xinjian emphasized that the ultimate goal of building new workshops, new production lines, and new laboratories is to deliver world-class, internationally competitive products.
“Winning customer trust and leading the market starts with superior products. Through the systematic construction of the ‘Four New’ initiative, we will further optimize production processes, improve product quality, enhance the working environment, and achieve growth powered by new products, innovative design, and technological advancement,” Xu said.
Mr. Yin Yaling, General Manager of the Air Source Heat Pump Division, also called on all employees to fully commit to preparations for “Four New Factory Day,” stressing the importance of enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction to gain the trust and partnership of more global key accounts.
Representatives from the project construction teams also pledged strong support, injecting momentum into the event’s preparation.
