To enhance communication skills and cultivate international talent, Solareast launched its first English competition across departments including foreign trade, R&D, production, sales, and administration. The event was held simultaneously in Lianyungang, Shunde, Yuyao, and Luoyang, showcasing the company’s “one heart, three sites, and dual collaboration” model.
At the opening ceremony, President Wan Xuchang stressed that global expansion is a strategic imperative requiring full-team collaboration—not just a single department’s task. He encouraged all employees, especially the younger generation, to develop daily English-learning habits and align their goals with the company’s overseas strategy.
Over 30 finalists presented on topics including new product launches at exhibitions, introducing the company to international clients, and summarizing departmental research. Contestants demonstrated fluent English and strong technical knowledge.
Judges engaged actively with contestants, offering questions and scoring feedback. VP Jiao Qingtai commended the participants and urged for systematic language training and immersive learning environments to strengthen global readiness.
The event concluded with an awards ceremony recognizing 5 first-place, 10 second-place, and 15 third-place winners. The event encouraged internal motivation, fostering a corporate culture aligned with Solareast’s international ambitions.
By creating a platform for language learning and cross-cultural communication, Solareast is laying the foundation for a workforce ready to engage with global partners.
