In July 2024, China’s National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and National Energy Administration officially released the Notice on Zero-Carbon Park Construction, marking the official launch of the country’s zero-carbon policy implementation.
Amid this policy shift, clean energy integration and innovation has become the focus of both the public and private sectors. As a pioneer in clean energy systems, SolarEast has proactively aligned with national strategies. With core strengths in air source heat pumps and solar technologies, the company is now accelerating its multi-energy zero-carbon park solutions across China.

At the company’s headquarters in Lianyungang, SolarEast has built a benchmark for future green campuses. In early 2025, the company’s new Zero-Carbon Smart Energy Building was officially completed and put into use, with an investment of RMB 200 million.
This facility integrates multiple clean technologies, including:
BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) on exterior walls
Rooftop PV and energy storage systems (ESS)
Full integration with air-to-water heat pumps for space heating and domestic hot water
Hot-cold-electric co-generation architecture
Together, these systems drastically reduce dependence on fossil fuels and provide a reference for future net-zero buildings.
To further improve energy efficiency and transparency, SolarEast partnered with the China Academy of Building Research to co-develop GAIA OS, an intelligent platform for multi-energy management.
This system enables real-time control and monitoring of all energy devices on campus, optimizing:
Power distribution
Power distribution
Electricity and heat supply planning
Carbon emission visualization
Carbon reduction strategies
Fault alerts and predictive maintenance
Through GAIA OS, users can achieve data-driven energy planning, improve utilization rates, and reduce overall emissions.
SolarEast’s zero-carbon solutions are being scaled beyond its headquarters. The company has already implemented successful projects in multiple regions:
Lianyungang Horticultural Expo Park – integrating solar + heat pump + storage for event energy needs
Qingdao Industrial Demonstration Zone – green transit hub with campus-wide clean energy deployment
Regional government buildings and educational institutions
These cases demonstrate how SolarEast's model can be replicated and localized across China.
SolarEast’s ultimate vision is to build net-zero households, buildings, and parks, both in China and worldwide.
With its integrated clean energy systems and strong manufacturing capabilities, the company is actively engaging with:
International buyers seeking low-carbon park solutions
Partners exploring PV + storage + EV + heat pump integration
Governments and developers aligned with ESG goals
Through global cooperation, SolarEast aims to become a true zero-carbon enabler for industrial parks and smart cities.
